These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PACC Pro's online courses, services, and website. By purchasing a course or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PACC Pro's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
PACC Pro is operated from Canada and is subject to Canadian law. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PACC Professional Training.
2. Course Access and Duration
All course purchases include access for a period of ONE (1) YEAR
from the date of purchase.
2.1 Access Period
- Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to your enrolled course(s) for exactly one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- After the one-year period expires, you will no longer have access to the course materials, videos, or any associated content.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the access period.
2.2 Access Extension
- If you wish to extend your access beyond the one-year period, you may contact us at Info@paccpro.com to discuss renewal options.
- Extension fees and terms will be provided upon request and are at the sole discretion of PACC Pro.
2.3 Course Content Updates
- During your access period, you will receive any updates or improvements made to the course content at no additional charge.
- PACC Pro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time without prior notice.
2.4 Technical Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software to access the courses.
- PACC Pro is not responsible for any technical issues on your end that prevent access to course materials.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a
7-day refund policy
from the date of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to Info@paccpro.com with your order details.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
3.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period has elapsed
- Completion of more than 25% of the course content
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Use of promotional codes or discounted pricing (unless otherwise specified)
- Change of mind after the refund period
- Failure to complete the course within the one-year access period
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Upon receiving a refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked.
3.4 Bundle and Group Purchases
- Bundle purchases are subject to the same 7-day refund policy.
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
- Enterprise and group purchases may have different refund terms as specified in the purchase agreement.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All course materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4.1 Ownership of Content
- All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, audio, graphics, software, code, and documentation, is the exclusive property of PACC Pro or its licensors.
- All content is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.
- Purchase of a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use only.
4.2 Prohibited Use of Course Materials
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Recording, downloading, or capturing any video content using screen recording software, cameras, or any other recording devices
- Sharing, distributing, or transmitting course content to any third party by any means
- Publishing or uploading course materials to any website, social media platform, file-sharing service, or torrent site
- Creating derivative works based on our course materials
- Removing or altering any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
- Using course content for commercial purposes or to teach others for profit
- Sharing login credentials with others to provide unauthorized access
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures or digital rights management (DRM) systems
4.3 Permitted Use
You may:
- Stream and view course videos through our platform during your access period
- Download provided supplementary materials (PDFs, templates, etc.) for personal use only
- Take notes for your own educational purposes
- Apply learned concepts to your personal or professional projects
4.4 Consequences of Copyright Violation
Violation of copyright and intellectual property rights will result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and access to all courses without refund
- Legal action including claims for damages, legal fees, and injunctive relief
- Criminal prosecution under applicable Canadian copyright laws
- Reporting to appropriate authorities and copyright enforcement agencies
Under the Copyright Act of Canada, unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted materials can result in statutory damages of up to $20,000 per work infringed, in addition to legal fees and other remedies available under law.
5. Prohibited Activities
In addition to copyright violations, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
5.1 Account Misuse
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access limitations
- Allowing others to access courses through your account.
- Using automated systems or bots to access our platform
5.2 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
5.3 Fraudulent Activities
- Using stolen payment methods or credit cards
- Providing false information during registration or purchase
- Engaging in chargeback fraud or payment disputes in bad faith
- Reselling course access without authorization
5.4 Misrepresentation
- Claiming course content as your own work
- Falsely representing yourself as affiliated with PACC Pro
- Using course materials to impersonate an instructor or expert
- Reselling course access without authorization
6. Account Monitoring and Security
PACC Pro actively monitors all user accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to protect our intellectual property and maintain service integrity.
6.1 Monitoring Systems
We employ various security measures and monitoring systems to detect:
- Unusual login patterns including multiple simultaneous logins from different locations
- Abnormal viewing patterns that suggest account sharing or unauthorized access
- Download activity that exceeds normal usage patterns
- Attempts to circumvent security measures or DRM protections
- IP address anomalies that indicate account sharing across multiple users
- Rapid content consumption patterns inconsistent with normal learning behavior
- Automated access or bot activity
6.2 Flagged Activities
The following activities will automatically flag your account for review:
- Logging in from more than 3 different IP addresses within a 24-hour period
- Simultaneous logins from geographically distant locations
- Excessive download requests or attempts to download video content
- Use of VPN or proxy services to mask location (unless pre-authorized)
- Sharing of course content detected on external platforms
6.3 Investigation Process
- If suspicious activity is detected, PACC Pro reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
- You may be contacted to verify your identity and explain the flagged activity.
- Failure to respond to investigation requests within 48 hours may result in permanent account termination.
- All monitoring and investigation activities comply with Canadian privacy laws.
6.4 User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Account Termination
7.1 Termination by PACC Pro
PACC Pro reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account and access to courses without prior notice or refund if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- You engage in piracy, copyright infringement, or unauthorized distribution of content
- You share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
- Fraudulent activity is detected on your account
- You engage in any prohibited activities outlined in Section 5
- You fail to cooperate with security investigations
7.2 Effects of Termination
- Immediate loss of access to all course materials and content
- Forfeiture of any remaining access period without refund
- Prohibition from creating new accounts or repurchasing courses
- Potential legal action for damages caused by violations
7.3 Termination by User
- You may request account closure at any time by contacting Info@paccpro.com
- Account closure does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 15-day refund period and meeting refund criteria
- Upon closure, you will lose access to all courses immediately
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
- PACC Pro reserves the right to change course prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing purchases.
8.2 Taxes
- Prices may be subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial taxes (GST/HST/PST) depending on your location.
- Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment.
8.3 Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors.
- Enterprise and bulk purchases may have alternative payment terms upon agreement.
8.4 Failed Payments
- If payment fails or is declined, you will not receive access to the course.
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment information.
- For subscription or payment plan services, failed payments may result in suspension of access.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
PACC Pro courses and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of specific learning outcomes or career advancement
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free access
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law:
- PACC Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
- PACC Pro is not responsible for any technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device compatibility problems.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
9.3 Educational Purpose
- Courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
- You are responsible for how you apply the knowledge gained from our courses.
- PACC Pro does not guarantee employment, certification, or specific outcomes from course completion.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Personal Information
- Collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province where PACC Pro is registered.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable Canadian province.
- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

- If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
- You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12.3 Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
14.5 Acknowledgment
By purchasing a course or using our services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
- You understand the course access is limited to one (1) year
- You understand the 7-day refund policy and its limitations
- You understand that piracy and unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited
- You understand that your account activity will be monitored
- You accept all limitations of liability as stated herein
Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in:
- Immediate account termination without refund
- Civil legal action for breach of contract
- Criminal prosecution under Canadian copyright laws
- Claims for monetary damages and legal fees
- Injunctive relief and other equitable remedies
PACC Pro takes the protection of its intellectual property very seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies against violators.
